Return/Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
At Dhyanaa, every piece is crafted with care and intention. We want your experience with us to feel seamless and reassuring.
We are pleased to offer returns or exchanges in the following instances:
- Size or fit preference
- Color variations
- Damaged products
Return Guidelines
To maintain the quality and integrity of our collections, we request the following:
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, a clear, uninterrupted Full HD unboxing video with a visible time stamp is required for verification
Exclusions
Returns or exchanges will not be applicable under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor variations in print, texture, or fabric that occur naturally during the production process
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or mishandling after delivery
- Sale or discounted items, accessories, and complimentary gifts
- Requests submitted without the required verification evidence, where applicable
If a return is approved, any applicable return courier charges will be borne by the customer and will be refunded
All approvals and final decisions are made at the sole discretion of Dhyanaa.
