1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on www.dhyanaa.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.


2. Brand, Ownership & Legal Status

  • Dhyanaa is a brand operated as a Unit of DAGSN.
  • DAGSN is currently under business planning and in the process of formal registration.
  • Operating location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Trademark registration for DHYANAA is planned and pending.

All designs, artworks, logos, visuals, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Dhyanaa / DAGSN.


3. Website & Service Availability

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability of all products at all times.


4. Product Representation Disclaimer

Product images are for representation purposes only.
Actual products may vary slightly in color, texture, scale, or finish due to screen settings, lighting, fabric dye variations, and manufacturing processes.

Minor visual differences do not constitute defects and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or claims.


5. Printing & Manufacturing Tolerance

Due to the nature of apparel manufacturing, the following are considered acceptable and unavoidable:

  • Minor print alignment shifts
  • Small ink dots or fragments
  • Slight shade or texture variations
  • Micro-level fabric inconsistencies

These are industry-accepted tolerances and are not manufacturing defects.
We use CMYK  ink colors to blend and create unique colors. Although we strive to use the most recent, high-quality color profiles for our printers and inks, color matching is suited for spot color printing and not process printing. Hence, there might be a difference between what you see on your screen and the actual product. If color matching is a concern, please ensure that you order test swatches to determine the proper RGB or CMYK color equivalent before placing your main order with us. 


6. Orders & Payments

  • Payment Mode: Prepaid and COD
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Please check the product before receiving from Courier
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Orders may be cancelled due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made to the shipping partner before opening the package, as per courier guidelines.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for unused, unworn, and unwashed products with original tags intact.
  • Products that are used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
  • In case of manufacturing defects or wrong items, customers must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.

By placing a COD order, you agree to these terms.


7. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 999/- (unless stated otherwise)
  • Order Processing Time: 2–3 business days
  • Delivery Timeline: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Shipping Partners: Trusted courier partners are used to ensure smooth delivery

International Shipping

  • Availability: Worldwide shipping
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated automatically at checkout
  • Processing Time: 3–4 business days
  • Delivery Timeline: 10–15 business days (depending on destination)
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Levied by destination country and payable by the customer

Made-to-Order Products

Some products are produced on a made-to-order basis to maintain quality and exclusivity.
Shipping timelines for such products may vary and will be communicated at the time of order placement.


Additional Shipping Information

  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately
  • Tracking details will be shared via email given in order

8. Returns & Exchanges

At Dhyanaa, every piece is crafted with care and intention. We want your experience with us to feel seamless and reassuring.

We are pleased to offer returns or exchanges in the following instances:

  • Size or fit preference
  • Color variations
  • Damaged products

Return Guidelines

To maintain the quality and integrity of our collections, we request the following:

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • In case of damaged or incorrect items, a clear, uninterrupted Full HD unboxing video with a visible time stamp is required for verification

Exclusions

Returns or exchanges will not be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor variations in print, texture, or fabric that occur naturally during the production process
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or mishandling after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items, accessories, and complimentary gifts
  • Requests submitted without the required verification evidence, where applicable

If a return is approved, any applicable return courier charges will be borne by the customer and will be refunded

All approvals and final decisions are made at the sole discretion of Dhyanaa.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Exception Handling)

If you receive a physically damaged or incorrect product, you must:

  • Contact us in email or call within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide a clear, uninterrupted Full HD unpacking video

Requests without proper video evidence will not be processed. Courier of return will be handled by customer.

1.  If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.

2.  Kindly Unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.

3.  If you have noticed any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.


Resolution, if approved, will be at the sole discretion of Dhyanaa.


10. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect limited personal information such as name, contact details, and address solely for order processing and customer support.

  • Payment details are processed securely via third-party gateways
  • We do not store card or UPI details
  • Personal data is never sold or rented

11. Cookies

Cookies are used to improve website functionality and user experience. Disabling cookies may affect certain features.


12. Intellectual Property

All website content — including designs, images, artwork, text, and layout — is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


13. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, or marketing. We are not responsible for their independent policies or actions.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Dhyanaa shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
  • Website usage is at the user’s own risk

15. Governing Law & Worldwide Applicability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and apply worldwide.
Users accessing the website from outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws.


16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
